Like I got a yard of fleece fabric and fold it in half and drew his shape on it, cut it out, sewed it (but leave a small opening on where the hat should be).
With that flip him right sideout through the small opening and stuff him with stuffing XD After your stuff him, feel free to hand sew the hole at his head XD
For the hat, I got a like a doll hat at Michaels, but someone commissioned me a cheese-kun and I used craft foam to make the hat. I used fabric glue to attach the hat.
For the arms, I drew out two triangles on two layer of fabric and sewed the sides together leaving the bottom of the part open so i can stuff it. After i stuffed it I sewed it on the cheese-kun.
For the eyes and mouth, you can either use fabric or black puffy paint/fabric paint.
